Our celebrated international Chef, David Mwita began his career in his homeland, Kenya.
Joining the de Savary Family when they took over the Old Swan & Minster Mill in 2010, he has developed relationships with local farmers and suppliers to ensure that we use only seasonal, local produce with an emphasis on flavour. As well as the a la carte menus, a daily changing "Specials" board brings more unusual ingredients to the table which may only be available that day. It means the menus are ever-changing and exciting. David has also gotten to grips with the de Savary's Family's love of their favourite "Adult Nursery Dishes", which are firm favourites for lunch and supper!
